Our coffee is sourced from the high-altitude, volcanic landscapes of Medellín, Colombia, where rich soils and ideal growing conditions help produce distinctive flavour and character. Here, coffee is more than a crop. It is a family tradition, passed down through generations and shaped by a deep understanding of the land.

Each batch is roasted in limited quantities and shipped fresh from California, preserving the coffee’s quality, aroma and naturally rich flavour from roastery to ritual.

Quality extends beyond the cup. Our roasting partner operates as an FDA-registered, FSMA-compliant manufacturer and works with established industry frameworks and organisations, including Fairtrade, Swiss Water and World Coffee Research.
